Paper faced gypsum board is a kind of lightweight construction board(made with calcined natural gypsum or outgrowth of chemistry)use the construction gypsum and face paper as the primary raw material, mixed with relevant fiber, modified starch, speed freezemeter, vesicant and water; Produced through mixed, molded, froze, incised and dried such working procedure.

Paper faced board is Lightweight, fireproofing, soundproof, dampproof, heat insulation, and have a good capability that can be nailed, cut planed, its good for tooling, knocked-down, easy for completion, and can enlarge the space.

Its widely be used in industry construction, civil construction, especially used as crossbanding for interior of high buildings, such as: used for unload wall board and ceiling board. 

The gypsum board production line was based on the inland and overseas equipments that have been improved and innovated.

It reached an absolute automatic level in self-mixing, self-molding, self-supplying, self-outputting, self-turning, self-cutting. We can provide different grades (high, medium, low) production line according to the require of customers 

All the products measured with the national standard GB/T775/1999.

 

 

 

Technology Introduction:

        

       Raw material is transported and lifted to feeding hopper, after measurement it comes to vertical mixer. Face and back paperboard are lifted to each shelf. They are tensioned with special tension unit. Mixed material from vertical mixer.

Mixed material from vertical mixer falls down to back paperboard, then formed into shape and covered with face paperboard, after last flattening the semifinished plasterboard is completed.    

Introduction to Manufacturing Sequences:

       Converying and Concreting:

Semi-finished plasterboard from formation section is automatically edge trimmed into continuous palsterboard, conveyed to concreting station and automatically cut.

Transferring section:

Concreted plasterboard automatically transferred and cut in middle, saving raw material.  

       Drying room:

Plasterboard Transferred automatically into drying room which has shelves 5-storey or 6-storey supprting 2 lapped sheets, with 50m, 60m, 70m, and 90meters length range.

Finishing section:

Automatically cut into dimensions you pre-set to avoid defect product occurrence and higher efficiency.
